In General :
#1 - Please credit me (Skylayyys) when you’re using my artwork, including but not limited to : commissions, art trades, adopts, customs, YCHs.. proper credit must be given#2 - Please do not steal, trace, copy, heavily reference, edit, AI generate, or redistribute my art#3 - All artwork is for personal or private use only#4 - I reserve the right to refuse a commission for any reason#5 - Let me know that you’re paying before you do, and please show a screenshot of the transaction once you’re done paying#6 - If you’d like to draw/use any of my characters, please let me know first

For commissions :
#1 - Payment must be upfront and paid at full price#2 - A clear reference must be provided#3 - Max 2 commissions per person at a time#4 - Can take from 2 days up to 2 weeks
(I will be updating you, no need to rush!)

For adopts :
#1- Before adopting any character from me, you must have a ToyHouse account so I can transfer the character to you#2 - No reselling for a higher price than originally paid for (unless there’s additional art)#3 - Feel free to make changes in the character’s gender & name, and tweak their design a little if you’d like#4 - Credit me for the original design#5 - Do not resell my designs to users on my blacklist

➴ If after 2 weeks you still haven’t received your commission, I will gift you an additional headshot for free!
However, if you ask for a full refund, you will receive it➴ I will not do refunds after I started working on the commission, unless the 2 weeks deadline has been reached
